That's why supporting our colleagues to learn and develop, is such a big part of a career with De Vere.

We have invested in our hotel training facilities, learning programmes and frameworks, to make sure that our colleagues have the very best tools to develop and learn within their role.

You might find yourself training on our iPads and laptops to access our specialist online learning platform or working with our dedicated hotel Talent Trainers and industry specialist’s onsite at our hotels.

We are also really proud that many of our current Senior Managers and Heads of Departments are in their positions as a result of career progression and development within De Vere.

Professional Development

Making sure you've got access to the tools and qualifications relevant to your specific role is important to all our colleagues.
